CoreHR upgrade - Friday 15th November, 17:00 to Tuesday 26th November, 10:00

Computing Services kindly reminds staff that the rescheduled upgrade to CoreHR will take place between 5pm on Friday 15th November and 10am on Tuesday 26th November 2019.

During the upgrade all services except research costings will be impacted for the whole period as there will be no access to the CoreHR portal or Back Office screens. This includes e-recruitment, contract management, absence administration, requests for annual leave, staff requisitions, on-line expenses, on-line claims, training and access to payslips.

Research costings will only have a short period of service outage between 5pm on Friday 15th November until midday on Monday 18th November.

This outage is essential for the system to be upgraded to the latest version which will offer improved functionality.
