Make Menopause Work for You

Following on from the success of our previous 'Make Menopause Work for You' Lunchtime Networking sessions. I am pleased to say we are running another session on Wednesday 15th January.

I'm delighted to confirm that Alicia Bethel from my department will come along and run a short (25-30 minute) Yoga session for us. Alicia is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and is experienced in teaching yoga to all levels, including beginners. Please wear loose fitting, stretchy or just comfortable clothes (no need for gym kit, but do wear trousers!) and please also bring a mat or large towel to separate you from the potentially dirty carpet! . . . .

The session will also give you the opportunity to pick up some tips around what works for others, have a chat, share stories whilst having a laugh - nothing formal, just the opportunity to get together and meet new people.

So, pop along, it'd be lovely to see you there.

We look forward to seeing you on: Wednesday 15th January at 12.15pm-1.45pm in Room 406, Brodie Tower, Brownlow Street (Building 233, Ref C8 on Campus Map), just drop-in.

Remember to wear comfy clothes and bring a mat or large towel. And bring your own lunch and a drink if you'd like.
