N8 CIR ReproHack at University of Liverpool: Tuesday 25th February, 10am - 5pm

The University is hosting a ReproHack on Tuesday 25th February. This event brings together researchers, RSEs and data scientists to reproduce papers from published scientific code and data.

A ReproHack is effectively a learning-by-doing, day-long investigation into making research results reproducible. There are a range of papers from many different disciplines, with software, that participants can choose from to explore more thoroughly so that you can try to rerun the software to get the same results as given in the paper.

Reprohacks are taking place at five of the eight N8 Research universities. The details of the Liverpool event are below:

Time: 10am - 5pm

Registration closes on Sunday 16th February (for catering purposes).
