Participants needed - Heart rate & guided imagery experiment

Participants needed! For a chance to win 1 of 2 £20 Liverpool One vouchers.

Researchers often use heart rate (and heart rate variability) as a sign of stress and relaxation. We want to find out if guided imagery exercises lead to reduced feelings of stress.

This is a two-phase study. Part 1 is a short online screening questionnaire.

If you are invited to take part in part 2 we will be asking people to come along and meet the researchers on the University of Liverpool campus to complete some guided imagery exercises whilst connected to a heart rate monitor (ECG).

Please only complete this questionnaire if you are happy to be contacted to be invited back for part 2 of the study. If you are invited back for part 2, you will be reimbursed for your time with a £10 Liverpool One voucher.

Please click the link below if you want to take part.
